The bride and groom live in Denver and their respective families live >1000 miles from CO. This was a destination wedding for nearly 200 guests and Alex had every detail under control. 'Alex was truly AMAZING! She was super helpful throughout our wedding planning process and really gave us way more assistance than we paid for on all accounts!!! She had fabulous ideas and was able to provide a ton of great items to add that special spark to make our day perfect! She made sure all the vendors were tracking so that the entire day ran smoothly...even when the wind prevented us from utilizing the gondola to get up the mountain early. Within minutes we were loading into a shuttle to head up the mountain. Alex’s attention to detail is tremendous — she didn’t miss any detail regardless of how big or small. She even provided excellent advice and weighed in with vendors to make sure we got the most out of our money!'

'All I have to say is Alex and Lee are LIFE SAVORS!! We used them as day of coordinators. Alex took care of the fine print and lee executed the day FLAWLESSLY! 'We cannot say enough wonderful things about Soul Spark Events. They are the BEST! While planning our wedding I was out-of-town, stressed, and was trying to picture it all in my head without actually being there. This was no problem because Alex walked me through everything, from the big picture to the minor details! Alex set me up with vendors, found out information decorations I wanted, and was the number one contact for all parties involved. All this amazing work she did took my stresses away. "My now husband and I live in Denver but decided to get married up in Steamboat. We could not have planned our wedding without Alex! She was always positive, happy and full of ideas. During the planning phase, she pointed us toward her favorite vendors and gave us lots of amazing ideas. She was honest with her advice, while at the same time pressure-free. On our wedding day, she kept the train moving and happily handled somewhat high-maintenance guests (lol). 'I was an out-of-town bride and got behind the power curve with wedding planning and getting vendors organized. I contacted Alex and although she was already busy with another event the weekend I needed her, she managed to help me anyway! She was flexible, helpful, thorough and very focused on me and the needs of our wedding. She sent her assistant, Sal, to help with my wedding ceremony and rehearsal and it went off perfectly. Sal is sweet and easy going with a desire to make our wedding perfect! Alex sent assistants to help with set up of the wedding early to make things work for her schedule and ours. All in all, she didn't have to help me and she did anyway, and she made it easy, fun and enjoyable in a time that can be very stressful for any bride and mother of the bride.
