Amanda & Forrest

After 18 months of planning and a week of installation, Amanda and Forrest's wedding weekend finally arrived. Setting up a tent in a field for 250 people is not something to be undertaken lightly! Colorado Event Rentals did an amazing job ensuring every detail was taken care of and together we perfected every from hanging installations to creating walkways, carpeting the tent, adding heating, and ensuring we had ample lighting. The tent was overflowing with gorgeous flowers and romantic candles. It was truly a dreamy landscape!

The weekend was jam-packed with fun activities for the guests. so they could enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer. Over 100 guests joined the happy couple for a morning hike (equipped with a coffee station) followed by a drop-in lunch downtown along the river and time to enjoy the weekly Farmer's market. A western-themed welcome dinner at Four Points Lodge, located at 9,700 feet included a gondola ride and an amazing sunset.

The wedding day was filled with special touches including a boat ride after the ceremony just for the happy couple and fireworks over the lake to end the night. Wow! What a day.
