It's hard to believe that it's already October! Wow, where did September go. Wedding season began for us in early May and our last wedding is October 20th (can you believe it!?) It has been a busy season for SoulSpark with 27 weddings. Two years ago I had a lofty goal of 25 weddings a season. It seemed unimaginable to even dream of this number and so I am thrilled that we surpassed this goal. However it would not have been possible without an incredible team. I feel very lucky to have an amazing group of women by my side every weekend helping me fulfill the dreams of our brides and grooms.

'All I have to say is Alex and Lee are LIFE SAVORS!! We used them as day of coordinators. Alex took care of the fine print and lee executed the day FLAWLESSLY! Lee checked in with us through out the day to make sure we were doing okay and only brought a few things to our attention (last minute decisions). It was because of them our day was nothing but magical dream. 'We could not have asked for a better team in making our wedding day go off perfectly! From the start of the process Alex was open and willing to work with us on all matters. We were on a tight budget and she was open to tailoring a package that met our needs but stayed within our budget. Alex went above and beyond our expectations in all aspects of the planning process. From initial planning and kickoff meetings, to the days before our wedding, to execution of the actual wedding day, we absolutely could not have done it without her. Alex and Leigh made the wedding day effortless for my husband and I. We were able to truly sit back and enjoy the day's events and the company of our friends and family. In particular, the weather during the weekend of our wedding was looking like it could take a turn for the worse. Unfortunately, we had planned all of our events, short of dinner service, in Steamboat to be held outdoors. Fortunately for us, we had Alex on our side! She began working with our vendors during the week up to the wedding to implement backup plans in the instance the weather did turn on us. Her local connections and overall familiarity with Steamboat (and it's sometimes crazy weather!) allowed her to implement some truly unique and effective backup options. As it turned out, the rain did come (on and off), but Alex's backup plans worked out great in ensuring our ceremony and reception did not suffer. Choosing to make Alex and her team a part of our special day was definitely one of the best decisions we ever made.'

We love SoulSpark! Working with Alex before and during our wedding was such a pleasure. Her organization and enthusiasm are unparalleled. Our ceremony and reception were everything we hoped, and so much credit goes to Alex and Sarah, her assistant. They ran the show- answered questions, managed guests, and handled everything. It was amazing to not worry about a single thing. We received so many compliments from guests about Alex and how effortless and fun the entire wedding was.
