The exclusive Marabou Ranch is one of my favorite Steamboat venues.  It is simply stunning.  Heidi and Chris had the perfect summer's day for their wedding - not a cloud in the sky! They tied the knot at the 'Overlook' known for it's amazing vistas. And as you can see from the photos, the views were incredible.  Guests were shuttled from the ceremony site down to the tented reception at the lodge. Appetizers, speciality cocktails and kombachu, made especially for the bride and groom (surprisingly delicious!) were flowing.  Instead of a traditional cake cutting, Heidi and Chris opted for a German log cutting ceremony - it's harder than it looks! Then it was time to head into the tent for dinner and dancing. Heidi and Chris stole away at sunset for some magical photos and the night ended with everyone around the campfire. A perfect day!
